Your satisfaction is our priority on all of your MELNA soap and skincare products. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please reach out to our support team immediately at info@melna.co within 48-hours of receipt of your purchase and we will be happy to find a workable solution. Please note we DO NOT accept returns of any sort. We do however provide store credits as we DO NOT offer cash or credit refunds at this time.
Where is my order?
We ship every order out either the same day or the next day during our weekday hours. All orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail with the USPS and delivered within 2-5 days. Once the order has been packaged it leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email to see where your package is every step of the way!
